     For palpitation ,fatigue = daily before meal have , bottle guard juice(10ml)+jeera powder(2gm)
     For weight loss = eat apple before meal
     For constipation = cow ghee(40 gm)+black salt (5 gm)+1 spoon ajavayen , +100 ml hot water
     Regulae exercise, yoga , pranayam
